Delivery for clothing

We use DHL Courier Company for all shipping. ETA Standard delivery may vary depending on location and sometimes may take longer depending on a variety of factors. Please note that delivery time may be out of our control due to external courier.

We ship from Curitiba, Brazil. Please find below a more detailed estimate based on your region:

• Please note: delivery time may vary upon location, customs laws* (which is up to each individual country’s discretion) and high seasonalities**.
  

  This estimated delivery timeframe does not include possible customs holds or shipment delays, which may occur randomly if your country’s customs office decides to inspect the package.

  Unfortunately, this is completely outside of our control. We will always provide as much support as possible throughout the process, but in some cases an additional waiting period may be necessary until the package is released.

  Additionally, once the shipment has entered the destination country, we are unable to request a return or reroute of the package. In these situations, we must wait for customs clearance before any further action can be taken.

*Every country has specific customs laws that may mean that you will have to pay custom duties to accept your item, this excess cost is not included in the shipping price, and is up to the buyers discretion to consider this when making a purchase.
